Some things seem to carry appeal only for men or only for women, like public flatulence or taking self-portraits and altering them with a 1977 filter. Exquisitely tailored shirts and really cool prints, on the other hand, are not things that appeal to only one sex.

Luckily, the dapper dudes behind contemporary menswear label Vanishing Elephant are a pretty switched-on bunch, and have remedied this by releasing a collection just for the ladies.

Spring 2012 marks the long-awaited debut of Vanishing Elephant womenswear, which bestows upon members of the fairer sex everything they’ve been quietly yearning for since the brand was launched in 2008. Meticulously tailored classics and contemporary twist are hallmarks of Huw Bennet, Felix Chan, and Arran Russell’s design process, and have both been carried through here to a well cut T.
